• A spectator and/or fan ejected from an SPL event for unruly behavior will be placed on probationary status.
  • The officials of the contest and the school administration will determine unruly behavior.
  • The probationary status will remain in effect for one (1) full calendar year from the date of the ejection.
  • A spectator and/or fan on probation and ejected a second time from an SPL event will be suspended from all SPL events for one (1) full calendar year from the date of the second ejection.
  • A spectator and/or fan ejected for abusive behavior will be suspended from all SPL events for one (1) full calendar year from the date of ejection.
  • Abusive behavior will include, but is not limited to, physical assault such as striking, pushing, grabbing, hitting, etc. It will also include any racial remarks or threatening statements by the individual.
  • A person on probationary or suspended status will receive from the League a certified letter stating the action of the League and the reasons for said action.
  • Administrators at SPL events will enforce said action and communicate to the other league schools a list of those persons who are on probation or suspension.
