Grievance Form

All grievances will be heard in accordance with school board policy or any exceptions outlined therein. School board policy JII-R is for student grievances, KE for Parent/Public Grievances and GBK-R for employee grievances.
  • Please check with whom you wish to discuss you grievance.

  • If you will be represented in voicing your complaint, please identify the person representing you:
  • What was the date of the decision or circumstances causing your complaint? (If you are filling out a grievance with the Principal, Superintendent or Board of Education, this would be the date of the last decision.)

  • All documentation must be submitted with the first level of contact (teacher) or during the first level conference. After the first conference, no new documents may be submitted unless the complainant did not know the documents existed before the first conference.
