While some of our students attended the ski trip yesterday, others learned how to make homemade pasta with Mrs. Jenkins. They had a great time—and made some delicious-looking pasta!

Tomorrow's game times for the Thunderbird Shootout have changed! The girls will now be playing at 2:40pm and the boys will be playing at 4:20pm.

The Girls’ first game is at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 4th, and the Boys’ first game is at 9:40 a.m. that same day.
The tournament will be held at Sangre de Cristo.

Tonight's Middle School Boys Basketball game against Lake City has been cancelled due to weather. We are working on rescheduling and will share the new date as soon as it is confirmed.

NOTICE OF BOARD VACANCY AND REQUEST FOR APPOINTMENTS
The Board of Education of the Creede School District is accepting applications from persons interested in serving on the Board of Education from the date of appointment on December 15, 2025, until the next regular biennial school election in November 2027. To be eligible for appointment, each candidate must be a registered elector of the school district for at least twelve consecutive months prior to the date of appointment.
Any person who meets the qualifications and who desires to be considered for the appointment is invited to file a written notice of such intention with the secretary of the Board of Education by December 11, 2025 by 4:00 p.m. at 450 Corsair Drive, Creede, Colorado or email to jody.fairchild@creedek12.net by the same deadline. The Board will interview prospective candidates on December 15. 2025. at a public meeting. For further information, contact 719-658-2220.
